Residence permit – the purpose of the other circumstances ... what could be those other circumstances? If for example:
- you are studying in Poland (excluding university - check here a residence permit for studies)
- you are staying in Poland with your family, but you are not the spouse or minor child of a foreigner
- you are in an extramarital relationship with a Polish citizen or a foreigner residing in Poland, also with a person of the same gender
you can obtain this temporary residence permit to stay in Poland.
The period for which this temporary residence permit may be granted depends on individual factors, the maximum period is 3 years. The list of other circumstances is not exhaustive, so if the foreigner's individual situation is properly documented, you can apply for a temporary residence permit for this purpose. In some cases, this permit can also be obtained by foreigners staying in Poland illegally.
