A temporary residence permit for the purpose of performing work as part of an intra-corporate transfer, also called an "ICT permit" (Intra-corporate transfers), is a special type of temporary residence permit.

This is the so-called "uniform permit" because it combines the elements of a residence permit (which allows you to legally stay on the territory of Poland) and a work permit (which allows you to work in Poland in accordance with specific conditions).

The ICT permit is related to the transfer of an employee within one international organization, which allows the continuation of work in another country within the same company or group of companies. The permit can be obtained for an employee who is to work as a manager, specialist or trainee.
