PRIVACY POLICY

1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy is addressed to users of websites under the domains k-legal.pl, krasuski.legal, and other domains belonging to the Administrator, as well as to persons sending any correspondence to the Administrator.
1.2. The Policy specifies the principles of processing personal data obtained by the Administrator when you use the above-mentioned services and obtained as a result of you sending any correspondence to the Administrator, in particular via e-mail or forms available on the above-mentioned websites.

2. Administrator

3. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
3.1. Your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Administrator is:
a) the need to perform the agreements concluded by you with the Administrator, as well as to take action before concluding the aforementioned agreements at your request (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR);
b) processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR),
c) the consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data, e.g. expressed during the submission of requests for quotes or when publishing comments (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).
3.3. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, refusing to provide data will prevent you from using the website and services provided by the Administrator.
3.4. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for one or more purposes at any time.

4. Purposes and scope of personal data processing
4.1. The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract and for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's services.
4.2. In order to perform the contract, the Administrator will process the following data provided by you: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, NIP number, REGON number, website address, data resulting from the attachments sent and the content of the message.

4.3. In order to add a comment on the blog, the Administrator will process the e-mail address, name/username provided by you.

5. Sharing personal data
5.1. Your personal data will be made available to the relevant state authorities or third parties if such an obligation results from generally applicable law.
5.2. The Administrator shares your personal data with entities providing hosting/server services, entities cooperating with the Administrator as part of the provision of legal services and entities from the IT industry maintaining a given website.

6. Data protection
6.1. The Administrator is obliged to protect the collected data of Service Recipients in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with the highest standards of security and data protection.
6.2. The Administrator ensures the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures that are intended to prevent unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage. The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure that personal data is:
a) correct and processed in a manner consistent with the law,
b) obtained only for specific purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes,
c) adequate, relevant and not excessive,
d) accurate and up-to-date,
e) not stored longer than necessary,
f) processed in accordance with the rights of the persons to whom it relates, including the right to restrict disclosure,
g) stored securely,
h) not transferred without appropriate protection.
6.3. Personal data sets are protected against access by third parties. Only persons authorized by the Administrator, trained in the protection of personal data and obliged to keep your personal data confidential are permitted to process your personal data.
6.4. Personal data collected for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract and fulfilling a legal obligation by the Administrator are stored for the period necessary for: (1) performing the contract, (2) securing or pursuing any claims arising from the contract, (3) considering complaints, (4) for the period of taking actions prior to the conclusion of the contract aimed at concluding the contract at your request, (5) fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator (resulting from, for example, accounting and tax regulations). Personal data related to adding a comment on the blog will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or the comment is deleted.

7. Rights
7.1. You are entitled to request from the Administrator access to personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to transfer data and to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data. You have the right to the right to withdraw previously expressed consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
7.2. You have the right to obtain the following information from the Administrator:
a) about the purpose, scope and method of processing your personal data,
b) since when your data is processed,
c) about the source from which your data originates,
d) about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is made available.
7.3. In addition, at your request, the Administrator will supplement, update and correct your personal data, as well as suspend (temporarily or permanently) their processing or delete them if your data proves to be incomplete, outdated, untrue or has been collected in violation of the Act or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
7.4. In addition, in the event of processing your data by the Administrator for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing. In order to exercise the rights referred to in this paragraph, you must submit an appropriate request to the Administrator by e-mail.
7.5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. Change of data
In the event that your personal data changes, please update them yourself in your user account, if you have set one up, or notify the Administrator of this fact by phone, by letter to the company's registered office address or electronically to the Administrator's e-mail address.

9. Cookies
9.1. The Administrator declares that it uses "cookies" files.
9.2. Cookies are information that are sent by the server and saved on your device (e.g. computer's hard drive or phone).
9.3. Data obtained using cookies do not allow you to be identified, but allow the Administrator to determine whether a given computer was used to visit (which is not synonymous with information about who visited the website) and what its user's preferences were at that time (what interested them most in the website).
9.4. The Administrator uses internal cookies for the following purposes:
a) to ensure the proper functioning of the website,
b) statistical purposes.
9.5. The Administrator may place both permanent and temporary files on your device.
9.6. Temporary files are usually deleted when the browser is closed, while in the case of permanent files, closing the browser does not delete them.
9.7. Temporary files are used to identify the User as logged in.
9.8. Persistent files are files that provide specific functions not only during a given session, but throughout the period of their storage on the computer. Persistent files are used to: collect information on how the website is used, including data on the subpages visited by the User and any errors, improve the operation of the website by recording errors that occur, test different variants of the website's style, remember Users' settings regarding their preferences, show Users that they are logged in to the website.
9.9. The Administrator uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies located on your device to compile statistics on the volume of traffic on the website and how the website is used. 9.10. At any time, you can delete cookies left by the service from your device in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer of your web browser.
9.11. It is also possible to block access to cookies on your device by configuring your browser appropriately, however, then the service may not function properly.
9.12. The Administrator uses a server that automatically saves information about the device you use to connect to the service in the server logs in order to analyze the operation of the IT system, i.e. the type of device and browser you use, the IP of your computer, the date and time of entry, a text description of the event, and the qualification of the event.
9.13. Only persons authorized to administer the IT system have access to the log files. The log files can be used to compile statistics on the assessment of traffic on the service and the occurrence of errors that make it impossible to identify you.

10. Final provisions
In the future, it may be necessary to update the Principles specified in this Privacy Policy. The updated principles will be available on the store's website. The Administrator will inform you about any changes to the content of this Policy.
