Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, this service is paid. Unfortunately, we do not have the necessary resources to provide such analyses free of charge without impacting the time and attention required for our ongoing cases.

Please note that this initial eligibility check is subject to a fee of 400 PLN. The fee covers up to one hour of service, which includes:

a preliminary analysis of your case,
identification of possible legal grounds,
reference to relevant provisions of law and verdicts where applicable,
and a brief online consultation.

We usually complete the analysis within 24–48 business hours. In the event of a high volume of inquiries, the process may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed if this occurs. Thank you for your understanding.
